You don't have to make it complete. We collect what is measurable — where possible straight from your own systems — and turn it into one picture. Including where it pinches.

What happens when I start?
You get a few questions about your business. You type what you want to share. At the end we ask for your email so you can save it and continue later. No obligation afterwards.
What does it cost?
The chat is free. That is where the collecting starts. The full picture of your company is a fixed price, depending on the size of your business. After that, automatic updates are free; anything we have to look up by hand costs extra.
Does my coach see this?
Only if you want them to. You get access first: you see exactly what is there and where it came from. Per part you choose what you share with your coach, and what you don't.
Do I need a coach already?
No. Even without one it helps you see your own business more sharply. And we can recommend coaches that fit your situation, near you or online.
Are you going to tell my people things are going badly?
No. We start with you as the entrepreneur and with the systems and data in the company. We do not approach team members. If you want that later, you can have them supply information or take part themselves.
Does it stay current?
That is the aim. Think of your bookkeeping, marketing campaigns, ERP or other sources — but also Dropbox, iCloud or Excel. We pull as much as possible from those automatically. What comes from you or your team we register with date and time; at a next round we may ask for it again.
